MEDIUM ROAST - Our most popular, an abundance of dark chocolate notes with a smooth lingering finish, very balanced flavors with a mild sweetness, great in any drink from a straight espresso to a quad breve macchiato.

DARK ROAST - For the true espresso connoisseur, more assertive dark chocolate notes with a slight smoky finish, well balanced with a faint sweetness, especially good as a straight espresso or in a dark rich mocha, works well in a french press.

ORGANIC - Hints of toasted nuts and caramel with a round sweet finish, well balanced, straight forward and very approachable, especially good as a straight espresso or in a latte, excellent in a drip coffee maker.

DECAFFEINATED - The richest and most flavorful cup of decaf you will ever have, well rounded with dark caramel and toasted walnut finish, especially good as a straight espresso or americano, excellent in a drip coffee maker.
